These services are optional and require a fee to be paid during the submission process in the Visa Application Centre.

- These optional services do not guarantee that a visa will be granted.
- The Added Value Service fees are not refundable in case of withdrawal or visa refusal.

Would you like your passport delivered to your chosen address by Express Courier?
This service allows applicant to receive his/her passport returned by Express Courier at the end of the application process at any convenient address.
No need to come back to the Centre, we take care of it.
Visa Application Centre will process the passport for delivery on the day we receive it from the consular authority.
Applicants should expect to receive their documents within 1-3 business days depending on the area selected.
Recipient’s address and information for the courier service must be filled in by the applicant or representative during application submission appointment.
Once the application has been submitted, no changes can be made to the recipient address and information. If you choose to cancel this service after your application has been submitted, the courier fee cannot be refunded.

If you want to keep your passport or if you want to retrieve it while your application is being processed, you will have to provide an appropriate request proving this need (including a proper proof of your trip or appointment at another Embassy).
Your passport will be returned to TLScontact Moscow in 2-3 working days, you will be informed via e-mail and by phone that you can collect your passport at the Visa Application Centre.
Once a decision on your application has been made, you will be contacted to bring your passport back to the Visa Application Centre to complete the process.
Be informed, passport retrieval time depends on the Embassy of Belgium, TLScontact cannot make any influence on it.
